Our residue free hot water extraction carpet cleaning method is recommended by carpet manufacturers. We extract all the dirt, sand, grit and grime from your carpet using a high powered patented six inch overlap steam cleaning process and a residue free carpet cleaning solution.

We begin by prespraying the carpet with a residue-free detergent designed to penetrate each carpet fiber and loosen soil.. We then provide a powerful steam rinse that effectively extracts all the dirt, sand, and grime. Our patented six-inch overlap process provides a thorough cleaning that assures your carpets look cleaner longer.

The process includes standard disinfecting and deodorizing that eliminates germs and dust mites, leaving behind a refreshing lemon scent. We use a color brightening solution to bring colors back and restore your carpets’ brilliance. If you’ve previously used shampoo or dry foam cleaning methods, we also incorporate a defoaming treatment to remove any damaging residues. When severe soils or pet urine issues are present, we do have specialized treatments and services available to ensure an effective resolution.
